Raanana is a city located in the Sharon Plain in Central Israel. In 1922, Raanana was founded as a Jewish and American settlement. Since then, the city of Raanana has become one of the big cities in Israel with a population of 75,421, according to Israel Central Bureau of Statistics. Even though most of the citizens in Raanana were born in Israel, Raanana is also home to many people from North America and Europe. Due to this, Raanana has a huge Anglo community.
